- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.
- Order Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after dispatch.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: Perishable goods, customized products, or sale items are not eligible.

Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Banks or providers may take longer to reflect the amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. A replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.
